Entrepreneur third party bank letter

Hi Guys,


I 've got a question for you. I am following the below mentioned format for my upcoming entreprenuership visa application. Although, I did provide a UKBA 3rd party investment template to one of Abu Dhabi bank. But, they ignore such templates and refuse to write such statement on bank letterhead.

Even I phoned UKBA and they said its under our discretion we may refuse such application.

"This is to certify that Mr: XYZ OR Mrs: XYZ are maintaining bank account ABC with a bank of Abu dhabi Since 20/05/2014 and showing a total credit balance of £50,000 as of 05/06/2014.

This certificate is issued as per our customer request in one original format and any copy considered null and void".

It isn't my fault if terms and condition of any bank based in other part of the world are different from the banks of UK.

I would highly appreciate your efforts guys if someone help me in this regard. Some sort of help/tip will immensely help to resolve this issue.
