Tier-1 General Dependent Visa from India.

I am Ravi from UK. I have Tier-1 Genreral Visa expiring on 2015 leading to ILR. I got married in September 2013 and i would like to apply for my wife's dependent visa from India in july 2014. Do i need to show anything for gap since we got married in india last year.

What document do i need ? I need maintenance information to sponsor her too with list of documents. Do i need to show last 3 months bank statement or 6 months ? if anyone know let me know.

any english test requirement ? as she has passed A2 exam from india.

Also let me now about Tenancy agreement as well as i live my friend IN PG.

Urgent help needed. Appreciable !¬

Most important aspect show documentation verifying that your relationship is persisting since the marriage, like phone call records, emails, chats, any maintenance amount you deposited in indian accounts for your wife

It is always better to show a tenancy agreement on your name as it strengthens your case.
