Financial Requirements for Sponsoring the spouse

Hi,

I am a British Citizen and back into UK only in March 2014. I started new job working for Middle East based company as a Business Development Manager since May'14. Every month I will raise a invoice on Middle East and the money will get transferred directly into my bank account here in UK. As of now, I got only one payment for my May 2014 invoice.

Now, I want to sponsor my spouse and son. I have only 1 Invoice but have job offer letter etc. Now to apply for Entry clearance for my family, is that OK if I give one month invoice (with bank statement as a proof of income) and offer letter as Financial requirement proof. Apart from this, do I need to provide any other investment or bank balance, etc.

Request the members help to address this query.

Yes. with April'13 to March'14's earning in India, I am able to fulfill financial requirements. Is that OK?
Also, please confirm whether I need to show any Savings in India or UK.

Additional savings is not a requirement.

You might need to look into your tax payments b4 applying, noticed ppl have been questioned on that recently.
