FLR (M) Documents Requirement

Hi Guys,

Need you help advise please.

My wife was granted entry clearance Tier1 dependant visa in Jan 2013 and visa was for 1.5 years inline with my visa conditions. I received my PR in Jun 2013. Now my wife is applying for an extension and I guess I have to use FLR(M) to make an application.

Can any please advise me what documents I have to provide to support my wife's application.

I am bit confused especially with section 12(C), it is applicable to me or it is applicable to me or it is for unmarried or same sex partners only. Please clarify.

Did you get ILR on the long residency basis or 5 years Tier 1?

I got ILR on Tier 1 5years bases.

She can continue to extend her PBS dependent visa until she qualifies for ILR. See point 3 in the link below
