Employer Check

Hi,

Just wondering, how many of the members can confirm that case worker made calls/emailed the employer for confirming salary ? And what would make them do so?

I am asking this because none of us would be informing our current employer about our plans to apply for HSMP and it is quiet possible that the information provided to case worker may not be exactly what is expected by them and this may lead to refusal.
Please advice.

It was not done in my case. But in some cases it happened. But having spent some time here, I can tell you that not many applicants have acknowledged of any such verification.

I cant say what triggers such an action from the Caseworker's side.
