London OR Paris office For quebec???

hiya!!!

i'm new to this board but i'm sure i'll get some quick and usefull reply as i have seen with others posts. Thank you in advance :-)

brief situation:

i'm a Moroccan living in london and i've lived in france for 4 years befor that.

My question is : i want to make an application (SW) to immigrate to Quebec, and i've heard that is Paris who dealing with this Province.
1)so where shall i post it ?? to the high commision in london or to Paris ???

2)in case i have a choice, which one is quicker ?? as i've read in this board some offices takes much longuer than others

Have you been to the Canadian High Commission in London website? It should tell you where to send the applications, based on your location.

Hi Sakura and many thanks for your reply

accutally i went to the Canadian High Commission in London website and from there i understood that i can apply through London because in their main page and under different categories of immigration i could say that there is " immigration to Quebec" with the appropriate application form ..ect ect

i get confuse when i walked in two days ago to London high commision in london and i've been given a leaflet saying exactly that :

" if you wish to settle in Quebec, you must contact the nearest office to the Quebec Immigration Service. You can obtain information by writing to" : and they state Paris and Damascus office "

that's why i get confuse !!!!!!
