Hi All,

Can you please share your thoughts on the following .

Applied in oct 12 50k
Interview May 2013
No Respose long time
Called UKBA in march 2014 for update
Was told by them that i was refused back in june 2013 (right after interview)
UKBA could not prove decision letter sent to me
Now They have sent same refusal decision in june 2014 with updated dates with appeal rights .
Reason of refusal . Funds were transfered from UK bank accounts to my accounts . they are not satisfied that funds are genuine.

Questions are

1- UKBA Should have considered my application on rules according to old rules in place before 31st january 2013. can i make it point in appeal.
2- I have carried cash twice from overseas and deposited in my account and have proof of sale with detailed documents of sold property overseas with sold prices.and some of the money was transfered from wife account into my account.
3- My company is involved in house construction business and i have recently invested 58000 in one project and i am investing more money soon on same project.

Please advise , where i stand now after 20 months wait and all my money invested february 2014.

Am sorry to hear about your refusal.
Could you explain what exact wordings they mentioned.
What was the questions asked in interview?
