ILR on 10 year basis.. Confusion of when to apply

Hi guy!
I am sure this has been answered before but i cant find any solid abswer about it. My question is i got entry clearance on 14-12-2004 and i physically entered on 25th jan 2005. When is the earliest i can apply for my indefinite leave yo remain ??
Is it from entry clearance or the date i entered .. Also does 90 days concession period apply for 10 yr long basis as well??
Any help will be much obliged thanks ...

29th December 2014. 90 days concession doesn't apply in Long Residence application. Hope this helps
