Account manager statements

Hi all

Please can anyone advise on a quick query. I had an E savings account with barclays and i want to show the statements for maintenance funds but barclays are saying they are unable to print them as its an E savings account. So i have printed them from the account manager in the branch instead but the only issue is that the statements are not showing my full account number and instead the first 4 digits are like **** So, has anyone used these statements successfully in the past.
