Form AN : Query on days Absent

Hi,

I have a query on filling the days absent section in the form AN.. If i remember correctly we shouldnt be counting the days we went out of UK and came in to UK as days absent ? Is that correct..

For e.g If i left UK on 02-Dec-2005 and returned on 04-Dec-2005 -- are the number of days absent 2 or 1 ?

You don't count the day of departure or arrival.
