Dear all,
Recently i got an offer from a UK based Charity firm for Tier 2G .
my sponsor fulfill all the necessary requirements
(Sponsor A rated, Salary more than 20500 GBP/yr, CoS will be for 5 yrs)

but they are saying don't need RLMT is it true ?

Pl answer as soon as possible.

what is your present immigration status and what is the SOC code for the new job?

Dear Manci,
tx for ur prompt reply.
I am out side UK candidate, i did an MSc from a British University few yrs back.
i still dont know my SOC but position is Manager in a Project
i have another question in my mind if i get tier2G visa can i do my own business ?

The sponsor will need to carry out a RLMT unless one of exemptions applies, see para 80 onwards in the policy guide what the exemptions are:
