I am Tier 1 (general) visa holder had my extension on on 25 july 2013 valid until 25th july 2016 . I got stuck back home for past 10 months for my spinal cord issue . Now I am normal and Looking forward to fly next week . I have all my medical records

Will there be obstacles facing when entering London Heathrow

I need your advice folks . Please help me

I don't think there should be any problems at the airport. Tier 1 General category doesn't state that you have to be in occupation all the time. Also, you got a genuine reason to be out of UK. If you get asked any questions, just stick to the truth. You should be fine.
