My wife is in India and has to apply for a spouse visa to enter into the UK. She hold indian Passport.
Both my kids 6 & 7 yrs old and myself hold the british passport. I was on a permanent employment here in UK from Oct 2013 to May 2014 and have all the payslips+ p60. I have now Incorporated a company and work as an IT consultant contractor since June 2, 2014.
My wife will take an appointment with VFS in Mumbai to submit the application mid july 2014. She will attach the following documents along with the application. Please suggest if i am missing any document or do i need some more documents to be sent
1) Marriage Certificate Original
2) My British passport color photocopy+my both the kids british passport copy
3) Tickets of my past visits to India+Family pics of last 5 years
4) my permanent jobs payslips from Nov 2013 to May 2014(>40K) + P60
5) Bank statements showing the salary from permanent Job
6) The documents of the house i have recently bought, in fact will get
the keys next weekend.
7) IELTS exam results(Band 6)

- Dividend Vouchers
- Payslips
- Letter from accountant confirming Gross and Net salary and dividends for said qualifying period
- Draft accounts (latest possible)
- Incorporation Certificate
- Invoices + Invoice spread sheet on accountant’s letterhead
- Contracts of employment / service agreements (optional)
