Advice Needed Regarding Utility Bill and PRTB for EU 1

Hello Friends

First of all Hello to EveryOne
I need some helpful advise from experienced people on this board. I am going to File EU1 Application in coming weeks by the End of thiS Month . I was going throught EU1 Application Form / Checklist.

And they Requested PRTB Letter and Utility Bill .

Now the First problem is I am Sharing a House with our Landlord , and i heared that if we are sharing house with the property owner we dont need to be registered with PRTB ?
And Secondly we dont have any Utility Bills on our name bec everything is on our Landlords name .
All we have is Letters from Bank , Revenue Tax , Job Letter or Payslips .

Please if someone know anything or can give a Good Advise , i will kindly appreciate that .

Hi. It's also stated that if living with landlord,a letter from the landlord stating terms. Also, bill in landlord's name i.e mortgage paper or bank statement.Then some kind of proofs on both ur names,since u've got revenue letter and bank statement.Would've been better if u can have the account on joint name,u can undone this later.
