Can FLR(M) Visa holder authorised to work in UK?

Hi,

My wife is currently on Tier2 ICT and would changing her visa status to FLR(M). I would like to know if she can still work in the UK?

Can FLR(M) visa holders authorised to work in UK?

Yes,she can by law.except there's any reason stated why she can't
