Hi layan, just wanted to know if your partner got visa under EEA regulations and 320 7A 7B had any affect on the visa?Layan13 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 08, 2014 10:40 amAmber_ wrote:EEA applications are not subject to immigration rules. Thank you so much for that as I believe the 10 year ban was a minor error and I was fully aware that they have record of all her previous immigration history.
But I appreciate that I can apply through the EEA and thus do not need to worry about this idiotic new system they have used about the ban.
Thanks once again, but Final question:
If She has the EEA card (Family permit) from germany can we travel without having to apply for a visa as I read that
estonia and germany they don't really require a visa they just if needed have copy of marriage certificate.
Thanks Again
