Which application form !

A very long story but i will only ask one question , I am brasilian and recently returned home and married my portugese wife ( in brasil ,because i was overstayer in uk ). Now i,m back in the uk with a 2 month visa , my quetion is which form do i need to make a family visa application from inside the uk ( my immigration lawyer says this is possible from inside the uk without returning to brasil ) EEA1 MAY BE

What visa do you currently hold?

Since you are Brazilian, you should use the EEA2 for applying for the Residence Card which can be found here-
