New iranian passport

Dear all,

Since my passport was to be expired, I had requested a new one from my embassy.

I just recieved my new passport along with old one which has been punched.

I just wondernig how VISA page can be transfered from old one to new one? Is it nessesary for traveling from UK to other countaries?
I need to go to abroad now but I don't know that I can travel with it?

I would be appreciated if you tell me what should I do.

What visa are you referring to?

You can normally travel with both a new and an old passport (containing the valid visa/permit) even though it has expired or been cancelled (due to renewal).

You can enter with Visa in new passport, immigration will check old passport and write on the entry stamp VIPP (Visa In Previous Passport).

I want an adult Iranian passport, was included in my mum's as a child. My father is Iranian too, I was born/raised in England.

If anyone has decent info on applying for one through the Iranian embassy in London, as they've re-opened, I'd be grateful.

It's funny, since I've learnt I'm entitled to a British Passport, I no longer want it. I want the Iranian one.
