Tier-1;2nd Attempt Fresh Application; Called for Interview;

Hi guys,

I applied my first application (with team) in Jan 2013 which was later refused in July 2013 and FTT appeal won in Jan2014, but HO challenged in UTT and Appeal was withdrawn.
In my fresh application (with Team) I provided a lot of evidences and new documentation and covered all point mentioned in previous refusal; because I was already in business and also made investment and also currently in business with few contracts.
My question to all gurus here is; Will this interview will be different than the previous one or they gonna ask same question as they are asking everybody. OR they gonna link this interview with my previous application? I didn’t change the company cuz I was already in business and already invested 10% of the funds.
If there is anyone who has applied second time and faced the interview then please share the experience and the questions. And did any one got VISA in similar position?

you wrote appeal at UTT withdrawn !! I dnt know if you actually meant Home office won at 2nd place or it was you who withdrew in favor of Home office.

interviews are part of assessments as to know the one who is claiming to have or do actually have or does, as most of us know interviews are not conducted by the one who actually make decisions on one's visa application but outsiders said to be some university students etc. as seen type of questions to be asked are the same or similar you can hope its the same for you as everyone else applied in same cat.
it should go easy and fluent on your part being it 2nd time and you already active in providing services to your clients you should be further preparing, focusing on questions sometimes it may mean different to who reading the answers latter than the one who writing the answers at that time so be specific and concise in your answers whilst interview.

I know the couple of guys who were in your situation one of them got the visa other faced decline, both applied 2nd time both of them had their interviews taken.

Hi princess... thanks a lot for your reply.

in UTT appeal judge was convinced that HO is right because FTT made error by considering new evidence at the FTT appeal. So UTT judge gave option to my barrister that " I am not going to allow this appeal, If you want to withdraw this appeal I will make HO initial refusal stay and if we proceed with the appeal thn he will give his judgement in favour of HO". My barrister told me its better to withdraw the appeal and apply as a fresh and said this judge is very nasty and will give very detailed verdict which will become problem for me in Fresh Application.

I agree with you on this, that interviewer are just reading scripted questions they have and they write whatever you gave them in answer but at times they don't write exact wording and write what they understood which later on when read by case worker and he/she understand whatever he wants to.

Anyway thanks for your reply. I would really appreciate someone who have gone through the same situation to discuss his case here, so whoever is soon going for interview in this scenario can get some help.
