Urgent Clarification On Varying a Visa Application.

Hello.

Can someone experienced in matters regarding varying a UK visa application please help out with the following clarification.

In April 2014 i applied for an extension of my students visa to the FLR (O) based on humanitarian grounds. The decision has not been made yet and i am looking at varying the application to the Graduate Entrepreneurship visa which my school got the license and offered me an endorsement but i was not able to qualify at that point since i did not have the stated £900 for 90 days as at April.

Now the question is this. I have read on the UKBA website that when varying an application, the date of the initial application still applies and not the date of the new varied application. Can i go ahead and vary my application from the FLR (O) to the Graduate Entrepreneurship visa since i now have the required £900 in my account for the stated 90 days? Would the consideration be made based on me not having the required £900 as at the time of my initial FLR (O) application back in April?

Also could anyone post out where to get the right forms to vary the application and which address to send it to. I can't seem to find it on the UKBA website.
