Away after registering with WRS

I registered with Worker Registration Scheme in 2004. I worked in the same place for about a year and a half, but I can only find one p60 from that time. I was then outside UK until 2008. I worked continuosly since then until now, but I never re-registered with WRS. Can I apply for naturalisation?
