Renewing Passport during Naturalisation Process

Hi All,

At the moment my naturalisation application is in process, however I need to travel to Europe for business purpose in Aug 2014. And since my existing passport is valid till Nov 2014, I need to renew my existing passport to get the VISA.

Could somebody please provide guidance on what would could be the impact to naturalisation process if I renew my existing passport in the middle of the process. Do I need to inform home office under change of circumstances condition?
