Weakness in Law & It makes no Sense.

They Say your Trading must be started from 24th June.
And Company has to be registered before 11th July.
My Question.
How on Earth a Person can start Trading(Advert Sign Contracts etc) before 24th June if one Registers the business on 30th June.(Which is Legit in their half bwriiten law). So what s the Point of Saying that Company has to be registered before 11th July.
( How on Earth it can Trade before 24th June).

Generally if it was like this that you Register before 24th June and trading has to start before 11th july. Then it makes sense.

Terminating Over 90 Colleges Licences in one blow (Non Whites Fee losses from 6000 to onwards) & Planning to Throw Appeals out of the Country. Its like Punishing the Non-whites in Political Stunts.
They would not go to the real Problem Benefit streets cheaters/ EU cash in Hand Jobs Which brought business Industries down)

Roughly 75% to 80% Immigrants are from Europe. EAST Europeans. Thatswhy i did not use the Word Immigrants.

No Law is limiting their rights to work, benefits, residence etc.
So Obviously in Simple Words this Policy is just for Non White Immigrants or Non EU (in Home office language).

I am sorry if it hurts your emotions but i am just discribing the policy by Home Office targetting 15 % chunk of Immigrants not as a whole.

This Targetted Policy for 15% sounds a bit uneven.
I am an Independent Observer.
Whats a point of closing down 100s of colleges when you asked students to pay 6000 to 9000 fee to colleges.
Example. Once you close the College they are in double benefit taking fee from 1000 students 6000 each which is 6.0 million and then they get closed by home office.

College Owners gets millionaire and students are asked to get screwed on another college and then that collehe closes down as well. Who knows colleges are doing it intentionally to become millionaires.
Its like punishing them for being Non EU.
If its not why not colleges are forced to refund the fee of innocent students who come here just to learn something.

Non white. Non Eu Policy needs justice currently it seems too much without proper balance.

If Home Office thinks its Performance then as an Independent Observer i think its not balanced policy.
They most Misuse is being done by the East Europeans here who claiming tax for their 10s of children 300/each and home from council and job on cash at 4/h. They need fix.
Poor Students or non EU already have limited rights but what we see everyday home office hitting them hard to make the news. But Actually no Address to real problem or Regulation to keep check on System Abusers (Benefits abusers and cash in hand jobs etc).
I know Home Office is under pressure politically(UKIP Threat) and is doing its best to keep system steady.but
I am just saying that Policy like these are just not going to make any difference unless it address Immigration as a whole and in balanced way.

Reason for this is to Give Home Office an Indication that they have done an Error.
Before 24 June (Ref Form)Trading Must. But your Company registration on 10 July is Acceptable.

How. (Can this Company Trade before 24th.)
