In country application

Can anyone throw some light on how to arrange for courier for an in country application.

I just have a look at suresh_hsmp's application and found that he had made a same day delivery courier arrangement

Can anyone give further information on this.

I am planning to apply this weekend (after over 7 months of analysis)
