Hello,

I was wondering if anyone experienced any issues on airport after coming from a trip while on Entrepreneur Visa. I am a bit concerned and I am sure some one would be able to share his/her recent experience at immigration desk on airport upon return to the UK.

Kind Regards,
Mehul

they might or might not ask you detailed questions. If they do, they will run through long list of questions, e.g where is money, how much invested, how many employees etc

well i landed back in UK abt month ago after 25 days long holidays

I hello-ed her(immigration office) she hello-ed back
I gave her my passport and brp card, what business do you do she asked, I told her the business in one line. whereabouts is your business she asked, I told her again in one line. how long have you been away for, she asked I answered 24 days. she pasted a stamp in my passport and said a bye.(all it took less than a min)

word of advice: do not make your holidays longer than 3-4 weeks unless you have people who run your business behind you or arrangements in place. answer the questions, do not try to explain if further information are needed they can ask. you should know your business, its latest activity and how you can manage your business activities whilst you away.

unsatisfying, incomplete answers and any unnecessary explanations are the triggers
thanks,

Hello,
I I came back last month at heathrow but they only asked me what business I am doing, I answered them, that's all, got my passport stamped and came out of the airport. But please be advised, it was last month before 12th of July, after which they have become a little bit more strict i guess. its better you prepare yourself for all questions, they will ask everything regarding your business. I hope all the best for you and don't worry they didnt ask me any thing about my absence from U.K, as I was away for 3.5 months. They shouldn't ask you this because your passport tells all about your absence from U.K.

You will be Ok InshaAllah.

What about the dependants? Do they ask stupid questions to dependants as well?

well it is when your dependents travelling/entering with you, when a single passport is presented to immigration officer they normally stick to individual who is present at that time. in some rare cases one may be asked about the dependents when they seek greater information.

Well if only dependants are traveling, do they ask about business, funds etc to dependants as well?
My wife wants to visit our home country for a month. Will they ask her questions when she arrives in uk?

ofcourse not. But she must know overall situation e.g name of your business, where you work, etc Just overall not detail. I know someone's dependent was interviewed in her intial application and was asked how many employee his husband business have....she just said that she dont know how many employee but she still got visa.
