Lost passport and worries about to apply ILR

Hi there

I m Japanese and i got the FLR half years ago. Unlucky I lost my passport last month when I was in japan holiday and now I renew my passport already.
I plan to apply the ILR one and half year later because I will have enought stay in uk for 2 year in that moments . Now I m worries about my new passport could not be enought to proof me the record to stayed uk already half year
I would to ask anyone can advise me about the how to calculated about the 2 year period to apply ILR.
1.Can I go travel in this period. If yes how long is the max period I can left uk.

2. I lost my old passport is it effects they calculated the period I was in UK record .
