MN1 Section 2 * Help Required *

Hi All

My child bron in uk so i am going to register her as british citizen using form MN1 under section 1(3) if i am right ?

Now we got british passport. She had a ILR with us then she was leaving in India for long time.

My question is Do i have to fill up section 2 Resisence requirement ? Also i have to mention how many days & address she was out side the UK?

Sorry if repeated the question but it confusing me .

No residence requirement or absence info should be required for a 1(3) application.
