Fiance Visa, Accomodation

Post by MilleniumDK » Thu Jul 24, 2014 11:02 am

Still in the process if collecting all the visa documentation.

As for accommodation, my mother has said we can live with her, she owns a 3 bed semi and she is the only one living there (at the moment). She has no mortgage.

I contacted the council tax office about getting my name on the council tax bill but they dont do that, only the owner goes on the council tax bill. So what do I need to provide. I have applied for the land registry documents, I can supply council tax bills and utility bills all in my mums name. (There is nothing, apart from my bank statements that are in my name at that address) Also a letter from her approving the living arrangements.

Will this be sufficient? Or is there anything I need to do?

Thanks in advance

That should be sufficient.
