Naturalization - "You should intend to live in the UK"

Post by ILRTention » Wed Jul 30, 2014 10:25 pm

Hi Members,
My wife n child planning to relocate to Canada/America once me n my mrs gets ILR and kid gets British passport, while I will continue working in UK.
Having family outside UK and not living with me, would it harm my Naturalization process?
As I was reading the below information seems like UKBA does verifies our intentions are genuine to live in the UK or not.
If I send my wife after ILR n kid after passport would this jeopardise my Naturalisation process?

Check SCHDULE#1
1-(1)(d)

& Also check
“…Naturalisation after six years in the UK
You should intend to live in the UK or in Crown Service abroad (working directly for an UK Government organisation)…”
