ILR dependent query (old wp holder)

Post by farhaan1985 » Mon Aug 26, 2013 3:50 pm

I am a work permit holder (old scheme) and will be applying for ILR in early September along with my wife as a dependent. We got married in December last year and she got entry clearance as a work permit dependent on 6/1/13, entering the UK on 19/1/13. Can someone please confirm that my wife will qualify for ILR along with main applicant irrespective of length of stay in UK as per 196D? Furthermore, has anyone (and their dependent) successfully gained ILR with similar circumstances?
