Fiance Visa for Thai - Self employed sponsor low p60

Post by LOOSINGtheWILLtoLIVE » Tue Aug 05, 2014 8:33 am

Hello
I am trying to help my Thai fiancé apply for a visa to come to the uk. We plan to marry/stay here. We have all the other requirements but have a problem with my income.

I am a self employed contractor and I have been employing myself paying myself just above the UK minimum wage. My p60 shows £8,500. I pay myself approximately £50,000 in dividends.
All of my business bank statements show this money being paid into my persoanl bank.

Do you know how we can get this visa? How can I make this application?
I have used an agent in Thailand for a visitors visa and this was fine, but the agent says he is unable to do the fiance/settlemt visa due to my p60 not showing enough money.

How can i get the to take all of my salary/money into account?

Thank you for any advice you can give me
Kind Regards
Matt

In order to sponsor someone using self employment you have to documentation for the last FULL financial year.

Are you self-employed or are you an employee of your own Limited company? Your accountant should advise on your earnings/dividends.
