Long Term VISA for my Parents

Hi There,

I am Settled in UK on ILR VISA and would be applying for British citizenship in JAN 2015.

I am married and my wife is staying with me on Spouse VISA.

IS there any way i could invite my parents (father or mother or both) to stay with me in UK? they are all alone and i am worried about them being alone at this age so would like them to spend more time with me and my spouse.

IS there any category under which they can apply? also what would be the key requirement which they must match to apply for such VISA?

Please note, they have applied for Visitor ~VISA for 6 months before and it was granted. They have spent around 3 months here before.
