My son is only 1 year old and I really want to get him here asap as he isn't doing so well without me. Due to medical reasons I overstayed in India and have had my ILR Reinstated and have been back in the UK for the past 3 days only. Are there any ways of getting my baby here first asap and then working 6 months for my husband to get here while my baby is with me. I applied for a visit visa and gotten rejected each time for my baby as they are not satisfied that he would return at the end of the visit.
