Time of EC proccessing count as ..?

It is probably obvious, just to be sure ...

Situation:

HSMP Approval: 01.01
Applied for EC: 20.01
Consulate/HO consider your application: 1 month

Question:

The maximum date of entry is:

01.06 (approval + 6 months)
or
20.07 (EC finished and visa stamped+ 3 months) ?

dont worry sten, you not the only one not clear bout that one. i think its EC + 6months, the reason why i think that is becoz that is the requirment for the other visas, (WP, WHV), well i think anyway
