HO asked for additional information.. what does this mean???

I got an email from HO to send an unaudited statement from a verified accountant. I have done so. What does this mean???

Have you got your visa or your visa is in process????
If it's in process then they can ask for any document.

what kind of question is that?? if i had my visa would they be asking for additional info?

If your application is in process then they can ask for any document. They just check that applicant is trading or not.
