Apply for AN Need Help?

Marry with BC have need to apply on 04/09/2014 Have few question please need help?

1) what documents need to send with application?

2) and what is best Method Postal Service or NCD??

3) with All Original Documents do i need to send copy as well?

4) I used last time expired IELTS 2009 and Life in the UK is that still accepted?

5)I had LC20 and IN10 driving convections that already I mention on IRL is that still need to mention?

1) what documents need to send with application? -
a) Marriage certificate
b) Citizenship documentation and passport of your spouse
c) Your current passport and visa and previous if it has history of 3 years immigration. Also Passport with immigration stamp when you first entered in the country.
d) LIUK Certificate
e) Document to prove your English language.

2) and what is best Method Postal Service or NCD??
In my opinion NCS is the best as they check your application, photo copy your necessary documents and send to home office by special next day delivery. One of the best thing is that they return your original documents like passport, visa etc except LIUK certificate as this will be retained by home office.

If you are going through NCS then No, I do not know about postal.

LIUK should be valid but I am not sure about expired IELTS, I believe expired IELTS will not work - Expert from forum to comment please.
