11) Which store is near to you and where do you get groceries from
12) what is your address and how long have you been there from
13) Is this a house or apartment?
14) which floor is your flat?
15) What is your previous address

Please note that my passport was delivered quite late after my interview as I had applied for my wife and daughter at the same time. They sent the passports for three of us together after my wife's interview was over on 09/08/14. I expected mine and my daughter's to come after my interview but it is not the case.

Some extra info...
I thought that applying online would make the application easier, however after paying and submitting the application, I read about (on this forum) first time Application being sent back due to lack of info on parents, so I decided to fill out a paper application as well and post with my online forms, both countersign, I've also included a cover letter explaining the reason for 2 applications and thankfully that did not delay my application.
Time wise, I received my passport exactly 6 weeks from the day my application was delivered to HMPO.

Thank you everyone in this forum who's made my journey a little less stressful, now I can sleep at night.

On 08/08 received a letter from Durham office asking to fill out a new form, stressed out over the weekend why, called them on 11/08/14, cleared up the issue (it was confusion over my residential address as it used to be commercial premises, sent my lease papers to Durham office on the same day by registered mail). Interview letter came on 15th, had interview on 18th, received my passport this morning. By the way, I paid extra for safe delivery, found it on the door mat this morning at 8:30 am! Not complaining as I finally have the passport in my hands, just surprised that it came this early in the morning. It was very straightforward and within 6 weeks, thanks again to all in this forum and good luck to those still waiting.
