15th Week since submission-Service is currently unavailable

Hi All,

I am bit concerned about my visa application (Settlement) which was submitted 15th Week ago and haven't heard anything with regards to its development.

I am also regularly checking UK visa processing time website to give me a clue how long it is currently taking for them to make a decision but status on website shows service unavailable since 25th July 2014.

I would be grateful if some one has any information and can let me know with regards current visa application processing time.

Contact the embassy/high commission you applied to and ask for an update.

The application was submitted through Visa application Center ( Toronto) and it was forwarded to UK visa section in Sheffield.

I don't have any contact details of whom and where to contact, Visa application Center in Canada are only responsible to accept and submit application to relevant UK visa Department

Just keep calm,we've got an application too but I try to kind of "forget about it". From my experience, no amount of worrying,phone calls or mail will make this people hurry up or anything.
Just wait and be positive.
*check your spam mails too once in a while as an update can go there at times.
