Harassment at work

Post by london_prem » Sun Aug 24, 2014 4:58 pm

I am on Tier1(G) and will apply for ILR in Jan2015. I am working with my current employer from last 6 months and my boss has done enough of harassment and bullying and dearly beloved comments at me. I can't take it more and am thinking to file a case with employment tribunal. Will this affect my ILR, which is due after 4 months?

Also, If anyone knows of a good solicitor in London for employment laws, please let me know.

Its a crime and there are related measures for that. But as per common sense if bullying and bad behaviour is still not severe but able to endure at least ignore then better to just pass your time and if you have some holidays left then try to take until you reach ILR qualifying time and same time you use your brain for ILR documents and preparation. Even though you have tier 1 than tier 2 visa but may still need employer assistance which he may offer. Book premium appointment and get ilr in one day then give lesson to that boss.

Record evidence of facial discrimination on your mobile, if you can.
