First of all keep in mind that your clock towards settlement has long time been started i.e. from wedding day and you have legal right to work and live, its only its confirmation has been stuck in casework's drawers. Donot cry/stress rather for a while just forget that you had applied anything, try to organize some small holidays and try to give time to other things too such as go gym, join English language school etc. Give time to your family and respect your money. Very soon you will get success and on success you will learn a lot. Remember Adolf Hitler quote:
"Success is the sole earthly judge of right and wrong"

They could not discuss you case on the paper because the solicitors did not ask them to , as they want you to pay more money for your case.

Do you have any intelligent/clever person in family/friend/colleague who deal along with you to solicitor matters and ask the solicitor that what rationale/criteria they are using for charging you unnecessary service fee because you alone be bitten by your solicitors. But i am still hopeful that very soon you will get eea2 permit.

Hello all..

There are very high chance I will go to my court hearing 10 oct, even though my baby is due by or before 22 oct...

I will cry front of judge to allow my appeal... Trust me,,, my life is stuck because of immigration issues..

Only minor issue,, I think

my wife employment issue,, ukba could not confirm in February 2014;.whether my work for that company...
, but her employer has provided all the paper work to confirm she works there...
Tax going, every month..
Now, I am thinking postive, because I will have baby soon, which will be good for my case.. I think..
We made our first EE2 application...back in April.2012,.my marriage has been registered under English since June 2013..

People advise... Me,

What can I do,, I do not want to leave my current solictor, because I already spent so much money in.his company.

Dude what do you actually want from members of this forum? You need a therapist, if you want to cry before an Ftt Judge go ahead and cry, you do not need anyone's permission to do so. Don't change your representation, you know stick with the same one you might just get a different result.

Just request for adjournment.
If you request for adjournment then hopefully judge will adjourn your case for 2/3 months, and after 2/3 months your wife will come back to uk with your baby and you may go to court with your family.

Well i don't agree with the solicitor.

Even the Directive and the EEA regulations provide for a woman to be absent for a period of 12 months for pregnancy or child birth purpose.

It will be odd if that can be used against her.

If your wife cannot come, then you could do a paternity test. That will keep them quite.

I fully agree with above obie's suggestion which must be your solicitor duty to tell you.

Firs of all you need to stop acting like baby.
I do understand the trouble and problems you are going through.
But crying and emotions would not help.
Most of forum members have always given you advice at some point.
Pull yourself together.
No one can help you except giving you advice and you need to absorb it.
Like it has been said request for another hearing date till baby is delivered and your wife is back.
What is the worry.
She will be back and you will get another date.
Only thing you are losing is time & provided in your circumstances this would be the best course of action in my humble opinion.
I am sorry but to make look yourself miserable would not help at all.

Regards
