i enter to uk by spouce visa but since my visa expired still my case processing cause i got a issue with my wife refused to help me
but since 2009 to 2014 i lived 2 years with my souce visa and the other 3 years from 2011 to 2014 it was just by home office letter cause still didnt get a answer about my case until now but when my work check about me home office say that i`m legal
my question is: did i got the right to apply for british nationality or no?cause i lived here almost 6 years contunied never been outside and working almost 5 years no stop

No. In order to apply for british citizenship you must have indefinite leave to remain - which from what you say you don't.

Until you have that visa - you cannot apply for citizenship.
