Child British PAssport issue

Hi

My friend is from Romania.He has got his British Passport last year (July 2013).
He has one daughter who is 6 years old.She was born in the UK.hen she was born father has Romanian Passport.
Father didn't apply for PR but he directly applied for Naturalisation and his application was accepted.Husband is separated from wife.

He want to get her daughter a British passport.She is still Romanian.
which application he needs to make to get her child a British passport

Apply for Registration as BC using form MN1. He will need to provide proof of his PR (section 3.13 on the form). Once granted BC, an application for a passport can be made.
