Employment Status Form AN

Dear all, I apologize for posting my question twice. I posted my question a few days ago but nobody replied, I thought it is better to post it again.

I am both full time employed and self-employed at the same time. I am newly self-employed and still waiting for unique tax reference number. As a self-employed person, I have not yet conducted any business and I have not yet completed self-Assessment tax return (my first self-assessment tax return is due next year).

I am applying for naturalization in 3 Weeks’s time. My question is; how should I address my employment status when completing Form AN? I am going to tell Home Office I am both full time employed and Self-employed, but I am not sure for self-employment what documents I should send them. At this stage for self-employment I only have unique tax reference number. For my full time employment I have my Payslips and P60.

Your help is appreciated, thanks.

For citizenship,
HO doenst need any proofs about employment isnt it? so why are you worried about proving them..?

regarding full time and partime..explanation..there is a page on FORM AN which gives you a chance to explain your situation.

Dear IndiMarshall, thank you very much for your reply. I am a bit confused because in Section 3.2 (Good Character Requirement) it seems to me that I should only select 1 option (Are you An employee? A business partner? Self-employed? A director?) Or is it possible to select 2 options?

Can you please guide me how to complete Sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5 considering that I am both "an employee" and "self-employed"? Should I select both employee and self-employed? In terms of section 3.4, Address of employer or business, for the self-employment I do not have any business address!
