Tier 2 General- Restricted UK Visa Reapplication

Hi,

Good day.
I would like to seek help regarding my UK visa reapplication.
I am from the Philippines and I am applying for a working visa to work in UK as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
During my first application, I was issued a refusal of entry notice due to my Maintenance. The notice stated that I failed to provide a sufficient evidence to support my claim for Maintenance. Hence, the refusal to enter.
I have no plans of appealing or contesting the decision. Rather, I plan to reapply for my Visa.
However, I just need to clarify my Certificate of Sponsorship. I submitted this one during my first application. What I want to know is if I can still submit the same certificate of sponsorship for my reapplication. This will expire this month and I would like to reapply the soonest to get to work in UK.
I just need your guidance to help me out not to falter this time.
