Thank you so much . On my partner's passport it has Authority as a signature , how can this be translated to "issuing authority" ? Or would it just be the country that passport is issued?

Do the immigration stamps when came in as Tourist count as visa's to include on the form?

2. Have you ever voluntarily elected to depart the UK? – voluntarily left before visa expired or over stayed without deported
3. Spouse/Partner is it visa applicant or me?
4. Have you ever received medical treatment in the UK? – had one injection (with med brought from original country)

Also having a major panic attack on documents, As my partner is currently in her country of origin, I have been scanning documents over to her but now freaking out whether these should be originals or whether it hers that should ALL be originals and mine can be scanned etc?

The applicant's (fiance's) family. Official documents, your passport, bank statements etc should be original or legally certified copies.

Are you actually married?

If not it should have been a Fiancee visa and I'd guess the UKVI have made a mistake. I suggest you contact them and get them to change it, otherwise there might be difficulties down the line. I know some will pipe up with 'it's their fault just take it' but in law even injured parties have to mitigate their losses and take some steps to rectify obvious errors.

I suppose you could get married outside the UK before traveling.

But another error is that a spouse visa is now normally granted for 33 months under D-ECP.1.1.

When booking flights with a 6 month intent to marry do we need to book return flights too even thouh going to apply for spousal visa straight away?
