Hello,
I am planning to apply for my ILR next month based on my Tier 2 General work permit. I come to UK on Tier 2 ICT in Nov 2009 and switched to Tier 2 General visa in Sep 2013. I have couple of question of documents needed for ILR application as mentioned in SET(O) form -
I understand everyone has to submit documents mentioned under Section 11A in SET(O) form. However, I have confusion regarding documents mentioned for these sections 11P Tier 2 migrant which is specific to my case-
"For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules for the period in question as specified below:
If you were a work permit holder, documents confirming that you were in the employment for which a work permit was issued throughout the period concerned."
I was thinking of submitting p60s for these proof. However, pay mentioned in my p60 doesn't quite match the gross pay of my payslip ( which is salary required as per SOC code). My payslip contains a component 'Tax free allowance' . These tax free allowances combined for a year doesn't match the tax free allowance as per the tax code in my p60.
Also, I have lost p45 which was issue by previous employer.
Does anyone know if this inconsistency or non-submission of P45 could cause a problem with my application? What other document can I submit for this requirement other than P60s?
Many thanks
