Hi as I mention in previous post We are applying fiancee visa
During the online application process we get message.
After you have completed the online form , you must complete the relevant appendix,
Last time we applied didn't fill up any appendix any way visa was refused.
Do we have to print the appendix form and submit with application at visa Centre ? I am a sponsor do I have to sign this form? As well as appendix form do we need to provide cover letter as well ?

Hi Mate,

You'll have to print / fill and submit the appendix with your application.

Form and Appendix will be signed by applicant and not sponsor.

It is good to provide cover letter to help EC officer in understanding your case quickly or explain any point which isn't covered well in application form.
