I just want to clarify when showing investment in the business plan does full £50K need to be showed in the first 3 years
Also paying a employee hired on FT can the money be showed as investment to him.

Yes, the points of attributes are awarded on the basis of full £50K investment done within the initial 3 years of T1 Ent period.

Yes, 50K investment [spending] is composed up of the all genuine expenditures of the business on which the visa was granted, such as staffing, purchases, office rents, marketing, travel etc etc.

Thank you for your response, would salary paid to director be classified as investment.
Does the business needs to be profitable for all three years?

Director's salary is excluded.

And nowhere in the guidance HO has mentioned that business must be earning profits, hence, we reckon it must be genuinely actively operating/trading irrespective to the profit or loss. However, if your business does amazing from its very early stage, that's definitely will add extra to its credibility.
