Is an employee with Irish Passport fulfills the criteria for extension if employed for required period.

In guidelines it says Republic of Ireland

Northern Ireland is a part of United Kingdom so they have not specified only Northern Ireland

Who knows next time one might ask whether the Employee with Scotland Nationality is acceptable or not :D

Just joking dear.
As Scottish people are going to decide whether they want to be part of UK or not these things do come to mind. One thing is sure they will have more liberal immigration policy.
Incorporating a limited company in Scotland might not be a bad idea :lol:
