APPLIED FOR ILR NEED INFO

Hi i applied for ILR on 04-04-2014 still waiting for answer i got 2 question regarding my ILR

1. My wife came in UK on dependent visa she is being in UK almost 5 yrs, is she have to apply spouse visa if i get ILR or she have to apply for ILR and she have to do life in the uk test.

2 I got 2 kids born in UK boy is 4 yrs and girl is 1 yr, If i got ILR do i have to apply visas for my kids or i have to register them as a British citizen.

1. She'll have to switch if you've settled under the long residence provisions, there is a Financial and English requirement.

2. No they'll not require leave and can be registered as British once you're granted ILR: s1(3) BNA 1981.

Hi amber thanks for reply really appreciate, can you please guide me what will be the process for my wife to apply how much funds should available in bank any bills or bank letter on her name and does she have to do both life in UK test and B1 basic English.and type of visa she will apply ILR or spouse visa thanks

hi everyone i applied for ILR on 04/04/2014 bio metric done 22/04/14, i am still waiting for decision is there anyone same like my case please give me any feed back. i rang H/O once they said application with case worker and second time they said its with case worker.
